The TNRCC Cost Accounting Software was developed by TNRCC and funded by TNRCC and EPA for use by the regulated community. The Borland Database Engine is part of that software. It is distributed for use only with the TNRCC Cost Accounting Software. Any other use of the Borland Database Engine violates U.S. and international copyright laws.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download each zip file to your hard drive by clicking on the link and choosing save file
2. Unzip the files using a decompression utility such as Winzip
3. Run the setup/install files for the Borland Database Engine
4. Run the Total Cost Accounting Software following the provided directions
5. You may also view the documentation using the Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin
